Do plans include AI?
AI features are in development. AI access, usage allowances and pricing will be confirmed before launch.
What comes with every plan?
The workspace includes Website, Marketing, CRM and Automation. The listed allowances cover connected accounts, publishing, automation runs and media. Website and contact allowances will be confirmed before launch. WhatsApp is in beta and needs a connected channel.
What counts as a publication?
One publication means sending one item to one connected destination. The same post sent to three accounts uses three publications. Scheduled items reserve space in your allowance.
What is an automation run?
A run is a supported automated action, such as an automated reply or a scheduled WhatsApp send. This is an allowance for work inside Amazing, not prepaid messages or credits with another provider. Separate provider fees may apply.
Does Agency include separate client workspaces?
Each plan covers one shared workspace. Agency gives that workspace more capacity. Separate workspaces have separate subscriptions; a bundle of client workspaces is not included.
Can I have a look before signing up?
You can explore the interactive preview without an account or a card. New workspaces currently start with a 30 day trial. Trial limits are shown in the workspace. There is no permanent free plan.
Are these prices available to buy now?
These are our proposed launch prices. We are not accepting payments yet. Plans will be billed monthly, per workspace, in Malaysian ringgit. You will see the confirmed price and any applicable tax before paying. There is no annual commitment at launch.
