Amazing Automation is operated by ORION AUTOMATION, based in Malaysia.
Users outside Malaysia may use the service subject to applicable local laws and the availability of connected platforms. Mandatory rights in your country continue to apply.
Using Amazing Automation
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Amazing Automation, a service for business websites, marketing content, customer records and automation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and only invite people who are authorized to access your workspace. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for assigning appropriate member roles. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace owners and administrators control member access and connected accounts. Do not upload customer information unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary notices, permissions or consent.
Available features and previews
Availability depends on configuration, your workspace permissions and third-party approvals. Preview edits are local and disposable; preview mode does not send messages, publish websites or save customer records to a live workspace. Features described as planned or in development are not included as working capabilities.
The current data collector processes saved HTML or CSV in your browser. It does not crawl live websites or establish permission to contact the people whose details you import. The optional WhatsApp linked-device bridge uses unofficial Baileys software and is a prototype, separate from the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Its use may result in restrictions imposed by WhatsApp.
Acceptable use
You must follow applicable law and the policies of every connected service. Do not use Amazing Automation to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, ignore opt-outs, harass people or impersonate another person or business.
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content, or collect personal data without appropriate authority.
- Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass workspace permissions or evade provider limits.
- Connect accounts you are not authorized to manage, share stolen credentials or misrepresent your relationship with a platform.
Your content and publishing decisions
You retain ownership of the content you supply. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including publication to destinations you authorize. You confirm you have the necessary rights to the content and media.
Review content, recipients, destinations, schedules, privacy settings and required disclosures before publishing or sending. Published websites and social posts may become publicly accessible. Delivery can fail or have an uncertain outcome; check the destination before retrying to avoid duplicates.
Removing a draft or disconnecting an account does not necessarily remove content already delivered to a third party. Use that platform's controls to manage previously published material.
Connected services
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, fees and approval processes. You authorize access through the connection flow and can disconnect or revoke it. We do not guarantee platform approval, continued access, delivery timing or uninterrupted availability.
The YouTube connection uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Public launch prices are proposals until an active plan is offered at checkout. The checkout screen identifies the actual plan, currency, price, billing interval and any applicable taxes. Do not rely on a preview or proposed price as confirmation of a purchase.
Where subscriptions are enabled, Stripe handles checkout and payment management. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Workspace owners and administrators can use the billing portal, when available, to manage payment details and cancellation. The portal shows the cancellation effective date.
Unless checkout states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund, cancelling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund an already paid period. Contact us about incorrect charges or refund requests. Third-party platform charges are separate. Any future pricing change will be disclosed before it applies to a new purchase or renewal.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and request account or workspace deletion using our Data Deletion Instructions. Cancel an active subscription separately before requesting deletion.
We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to address it. Access can be restricted immediately when necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.
Service limitations and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, guaranteed publishing results or business outcomes. Keep copies of important content and records. Third-party outages, revoked permissions and account restrictions can interrupt connected features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or opportunities arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes, questions and disputes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email before they take effect where required. If new terms are unacceptable, stop using the service and cancel any recurring subscription.
